With the manufacturing type of fine cutting or fine blanking it is possible to realize nearly burr free part edges with smooth and right-angled cutting surfaces and high requirements regarding flatness.

The specialty of GMA is that we are not only able to manufacture fine blanking parts in one step but to realize this process with press composite. That means imprintings, cuttings also bending could be handled in one process.

Raw material made of e.g. steel, stainless steel or aluminum could be manufactured up to 15 mm.
We are working with more than 40 fine blanking presses with total force from 80to up to 3.600to.

The result are fine blanking parts with practically parallel cutting surfaces. The tolerances depend on the chosen material thickness and quality.
